Privacy notice

What we collect

• Account details: name, email and password (stored as a secure hash).
• Preferences you choose to share: journey stage, city, arrival month, household type, interests and support needs. We never ask for religion or immigration status.
• Things you save: places, events, guides, courses, checklist progress and budgets.
• Enquiries and support requests you send us.
• Product analytics, only if you allow them: anonymous events such as “enquiry submitted”. No advertising trackers.

Ask Future Lane

Questions you ask the assistant are sent to our AI provider (Groq) to generate an answer. We send only your question, recent messages and the preferences needed to answer, not your name or email. Conversation history is off by default; you can turn it on, and delete it, in Settings.

Who can see your information

Our support staff see enquiries and the details attached to them. Content editors don’t see member records. If you ask for a Licensed Immigration Adviser and give permission, we share your enquiry with that adviser.

Your choices

You can update your preferences, download your data or delete your account from Settings at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile, saved items, checklists, budgets and assistant history. Enquiries are kept for our records but unlinked from your account.
